Grit pilot service terms · grit-pilot-2026-09-12-v1
Grit, operated by PM Agentic LLC, answers and handles business conversations within the rules the business owner confirms. You must be authorized to configure the business and the telephone and calendar resources you connect.
What you authorize
You confirm the services, territory, operating hours, capacity, booking method and any prices Grit may quote. You may choose to approve each job request or permit calendar bookings within your rules. Public website information alone does not authorize a price, appointment or emergency dispatch.
A request awaiting approval is not a confirmed appointment. Grit does not promise a technician is on the way without an actual acceptance by an authorized technician. A demonstration is a test; it does not reserve a real appointment.
First 30 days free
Your free period starts when the service is activated after phone forwarding is verified. No card is required for that period. Paid service requires your explicit agreement to continue. Grit does not automatically turn the free period into permission to charge.
What counts as a booked job
A qualifying booked job has the customer’s acceptance, name, contact number, service address, job details and agreed time window, a confirmed calendar entry or accepted owner request, and the required call evidence. Booked, attended, completed and paid are separate events. Grit does not represent a booking as completed work or collected revenue.
Duplicates of the same job, reschedules, spam, wrong numbers, incomplete requests and rejected jobs are excluded. You have a 12-hour rejection window after the confirmed job receipt is delivered and marked reviewed. An alert alone does not start that window. The fee does not become eligible before the required receipt evidence and review window. Cancellation and no-show credits adjust Grit’s booking fee; they do not refund a payment made by your customer.
The rate
The standard rate is US$25 per qualifying booked job. Within each shop’s local calendar week, jobs 21 onward receive the US$17.50 rate. In Australia the equivalent agreed rate is A$35, then A$24.50; in New Zealand NZ$40, then NZ$28; in Singapore S$35, then S$24.50. Other supported markets initially use the clearly disclosed USD contract. Applicable taxes, if any, are additional and must appear on the bill.
There is no commission on Grit-generated revenue in this pilot unless you separately agree to and connect that payment service. No revenue share is charged on estimates or money Grit has not verified as collected.
Connections and availability
Service availability depends on the business location, supported language, telephone provider requirements and completed setup checks. A successful browser demo does not establish phone forwarding. Grit shows the actual status of those connections.
You control your calendar access and carrier forwarding. Pausing Grit suppresses new bookings; it does not reverse forwarding at your carrier or cancel existing appointments. Keep an appropriate fallback and review any setup warning before routing customer calls.
Responsible operation
Use Grit for legitimate business requests within the authority provided by callers and the rules that apply to your business. Do not upload payment-card details, impersonate another business, or use the service for unauthorized calling. An AI receptionist can make mistakes; the receipt and correction controls let you identify and resolve them. Grit does not guarantee revenue, conversion rates, attendance or the outcome of physical work.
Text messages
Where text messaging is enabled for your business, Grit sends transactional messages to the customers who contact your business (confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, review invitations) and sends you owner alerts, using a number registered to your business or to PM Agentic LLC. Marketing messages to a customer are sent only after that customer has agreed to receive them from your business, and every message honours STOP and HELP. You authorize Grit to register your business for carrier messaging programs on your behalf and to keep the consent records those programs require. Message and data rates may apply to recipients. Consent to messages is never a condition of buying a service from you or from Grit.
Leaving or getting help
You may pause new bookings or request account closure from Data & account on your Today page. You can also contact pm@justgrit.com. Reverse any carrier forwarding before removing the destination service. Existing legitimate charges or credits remain reviewable. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under the laws applicable to you.
